Does the 14-day trial require a credit card?+
Yes. We collect card details at signup to start your 14-day free trial. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime in two clicks.
What counts as a “receipt” on the Free plan?+
Each unique incoming receipt or invoice. Re-uploading the same file doesn’t count twice. Multi-page bank statements count as one. Z-reports count as one even if Timo splits them into 9 VAT lines.
Can I switch plans mid-month?+
Yes, upgrade prorates immediately (you pay the difference for the remaining days). Downgrades refund the unused portion. No contracts, no minimum commitment.
How does the Accountant plan work?+
The Accountant panel is free for accounting firms managing multiple clients. You get a multi-client dashboard, invite codes so clients can self-onboard with their own ingestion address, a suggestion workflow for reviewing and approving each client’s receipts, and 100 Timo AI queries per month for research and tax questions. Refer paying Solo Pro or Business Pro clients and earn 15% lifetime commission on each.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
You can export everything in one click, every receipt, classification, VAT split, and its reasoning as structured CSV + JSON. Your data is yours; we keep it accessible for 30 days after cancellation, then delete it.
