About Baslic.
Three lengths, written for you. Copy and use as-is — or paraphrase.
Forward your receipts. Baslic handles the rest.
Baslic is the AI-native receipt and invoice platform built for Nordic small businesses — restaurants, SaaS exporters, freelancers — and the accountants who serve them. Built in Espoo by Fidanet Solution Oy, Baslic classifies every line at the correct VAT rate, validates EU customers via VIES, and exports clean books to Procountor, Netvisor, and e-conomic.
Baslic is the AI-native receipt and invoice platform for Nordic small businesses and the accountants who serve them. Forward a receipt, photo, or PDF — Baslic parses it, splits each line at the correct Finnish VAT rate (food 13.5%, alcohol 25.5%, exports 0%), runs live EU VIES validation on cross-border invoices, and pushes clean entries to Procountor, Netvisor, or e-conomic. Timo, the built-in AI assistant, speaks 30+ languages and answers in whichever language you write in — with Verohallinto-correct rules baked in. Built in Espoo, EU-only data, deterministic AI (temp = 0). Free to start, no credit card required.

Özdemir Ateş.
Özdemir Ateş
Founder · Baslic · Espoo
Özdemir Ateş is the founder of Baslic and the operator behind Fidanet Solution Oy in Espoo, Finland. He built Baslic after years of forgetting to send receipts to his own accountant — and watching every small-business owner around him do the same.
Before Baslic, Özdemir worked across software, retail, and hospitality operations, which is why Baslic ships with first-class support for restaurant Z-reports, SaaS exports, and accountant cockpits from day one.
He's available for interviews, podcasts, and panel discussions on Nordic SMB software, AI in finance, and being a foreign founder in Finland.
Coverage lives here as it lands.
Baslic is in soft launch. As articles, podcasts, and case studies go live, they'll be linked here.
