Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep access to your data for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything at any time in CSV or PDF format. After 30 days, data is securely deleted per our GDPR policy.
What currencies are supported?
Pro and Accountant plans support 40+ currencies including EUR, USD, GBP, SEK, NOK, DKK, CHF, TRY, PLN, and more. Historical exchange rates are used for accurate conversion.
How does the accountant access work?
On Pro and Accountant plans, you get a unique 6-character code. Share it with your accountant — they connect from their Baslic Accountant account and get read-only access to your transactions. No password sharing, fully audited.
Is Baslic GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored in EU-based infrastructure. We never share data with third parties for advertising. You have the right to export or delete your data at any time.
